This dress is so much fun and so versatile!  Our Tinted Dress has a rib top with a pleated tiered ruffle mesh skirt. It has adjustable straps, is midi length and may need to be lawyered with some bottoms.  Pair it over shorts or pants, wear it as a beach coverup or as a dress with a slip...like we said its so versatile!
